How to set up a live streaming of a radio or tv station?

I want to create a live streaming of a local radio news. What are the requirements needed? Right now I only have my laptop, internet connection and a radio.

If your radio has an audio output and the laptop has an audio input that will get the audio into the laptop. Then you can use a program like this:
http/spacial.com/sam-broadcaster?show-matrix=true&gclid=CL-6jMCclsICFYtr7AodaQ8AcA
By the way, it's probably not legal for you to do this without permission.

I'm not sure if my laptop has an audio input but granting there is none, is there such gadget of cable available for such purpose?
