How To Set up Apple Pay on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

Apple Pay is an app which allows you to pay using your iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus instead of a credit card. Although it can be used in just a few stores and restaurants, it shows promise in future days to come. It also works on iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, and other Apple mobile devices running on Mac OSX 8.1. But if you want to utilize it using your iPhone 6, here's how you set up Apple Pay.

1. On your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus phone, locate the Passbook icon and tap it to open.

2. If you don't have any cards and passes yet, tap "Set Up Apple Pay." If you have them already, just pull down the pass stack and click the "Plus" sign found at the upper right-corner of the app.

3. After that, the next screen will give you to options whether to "Use Card on File for iTunes" or "Use a Different Debit or Credit Card." If you choose the first option, just enter the security code of the credit or debit card that you're already using on iTunes.

4. If you chose "Use a Different Debit or Credit Card" option, you can either enter your card information manually or use iSight by tapping the camera icon. After you tap that, position your card on the camera so it can capture the necessary information. Enter the security code and other information the app will ask.

5. Tap "Next" and your bank will verify the information you entered and check whether it can be used with Apple Pay. If they need more information, they will send you an instruction how to submit other types of verification.

6. Once your card is verified, just tap "Next" and you're ready to use Apple Pay on your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.
