It might be bootloop when your device suddenly stops at boot logo and won't start.
Firstly, I want to know how it happens. You can either try to reset your device and wiping all cache and data or try flashing new ROM.

You can try unplugging the HTS from the wall for 5 minutes and plug it back in. If that doesn't work it will require a Sony technician to repair.
