How to start my laptop in normal mode

i downloaded stage4u to watch a movie and i now have photofun which i dont need i cant unistall that says the dll is missing so i was told to run in safe mode so i did and now i cant get my laptop back to normal mode

in msconfig general tab, select normal startup.
