How to tell if someone changed my laptop battery?

I let a new friend borrow my laptop for a while and when I got it back, I've had problems of my battery draining faster than usual and a notification on the taskbar saying ''Consider changing your battery''.

Or atleast that is the placement of the white barcode. I will recheck after posting this topic to see how close the look is.

Is there a way I can find out if my battery is not one that comes with this laptop? Thanks!

how old is your computer and how long have you been using it prior to the problem.
also download this hwmonitor program @ http/www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.25.zip
Download and extract the zip folder. Run the hwmonitor program inside. When you run the program
there should be a section that says battery. Post the results of the battery section below. It should say things
like level and wear level.
