How to turn on my nextbook 10.1 tablet that won't turn on

I have to ask, have you tried charging it? And if so, when plugging it in, does it register as charging?

If it doesn't, then either your cord or your battery may need replacing.

If it is charged, then you might want to try holding down the power button for about 20 seconds, let it go, then press it again to see if it turns on.

i did that but won't come on it does charge but it keeps clicking when hit the touch screen

Try pressing the Power button + the Windows button at the same time.

Hmm. I am sadly out of ideas then. Other than the battery being toast and needing replacement.

yea let's try that lets replace a new battery to replace my battery my location is Moderator edit you can come over here take it a part and replace a new battery

Tablet batteries can be changed, they just aren't always so easy to change.

If the device is under warranty still, then contact the manufacturer and they may be able to do the replacement at little or no charge.

I'm not sure why you would post an address? Nobody's going to come to your house from Tom's. If you aren't capable of changing it yourself I suggest you find either a local shop or arrange to have it returned to the manufacturer for repairs. This is a help forum and nothing more.

I'm also not sure why there's a different OP?
