Connect a digital TV antenna to the antenna F connector jack on the TV. If the TV doesn't have one or a digital tuner you will need to buy an external tuner.
You usually have to run a channel scan on the TV before the TV will let you tune in any available channels. Check the TV manual for instructions on how to do this.
