Hello. I have an i5-760 with a Gigabyte P55-UD3L motherboard. I tried to configure the cpu clock ratio in the bios menu but in order to do that have to unlock the cpu first. I searched the web to learn how to do that but I didn't find anything, so I am asking for your help.

Solution
The i5 760 is a locked CPU, you can't unlock the multiplier to do overclocking. To overclock locked Lynnfield CPUs, you need to modify the BCLK settings. You can find more information on how to overclock your i5 here.
