How to update bios in asus laptop in power off condition

I just want to no how to update or downgretebios in dead condition,
please tell me if any solution for that,

I have one ASUS G73J laptop
when i plugged in power adapter it's autometicaly powered on but no display problem.

Hello somen Jain;

The only solution for that is to replace the BIOS chip that was flashed on another computer.
Although it sounds like you have a different problem and I don't think a BIOS update would help - unless you did a failed BIOS update and the laptop failed?
