how to use bluetooth after device recognizes it?

Bluetooth headphone is connected on Lenovo, but does not show up as option on sound/speaker. Only the built-in speakers/microphone are given as option. The device is connected.

How is the bluetooth headset connected? does the Lenovo have built in bluetooth or are you suing a dongle?
Is there any Lenovo software on the (i assume its a laptop?) laptop that you can access?
