How to Use the Netflix VR App

Netflix is an American-based media-streaming service that started around 20 years ago. It is now the highest grossing service of its kind in the world. It charges viewers monthly with the first month being a free trial. It has a very wide range of genres to choose from, and it can be viewed on Smart TVs – and now, following in the footsteps of HBO, Netflix also has a VR app. Here’s how to use the Netflix VR app.

1. Download 'Netflix VR'
You can download the VR app if you have a phone that supports Virtual Reality. Most of the phones today have VR support built in. You can download the app for Android here.

2. Open 'Netflix VR'
Open the 'Netflix VR' app. Click the ‘Settings’ icon on the top left of the screen to configure the app.

3. Click on 'Headset'
You can select Daydream View if you have a Daydream-ready phone, or you can click on Google Cardboard. If you have any other VR device you can click on ‘Scan QR code’ to select it.

4. Select 'VR Device'
You will have to select your VR device to start watching in VR mode. You can stay default with Daydream View which works just fine with most of the VR modules.

5. Sign In and Start Watching
You can now sign in to the Netflix app and watch your titles in VR.
