How to use USB Speakers with 3.5mm Aux Speakers at the same time?

I have the Bose Companion 5, and recently got a Bose SoundLink mini bluetooth speaker as a gift and I want to be able to use them both at the same time, preferably having the mini speaker as the center. The Companion 5 is connected through USB and in order to use the mini speaker it has to be connected via 3.5mm cable into the aux (or bluetooth but I don't have it on my main PC).

Is it possible to have the audio output go through both USB and 3.5mm Analog simultaneously?

I have Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) but have only used it for other purposes. When trying to use the audiorepeater for real-time simultaneous sound, I get an echoing sound so I don't know if just doesn't work or that I'm using it incorrectly (please let me know).

Help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think you can do what you describe above. You can only choose one audio device at a time. VAC seems to be for feeding audio from one program to another. To make the mini speaker a "center" you would have to connect it to the center out on your soundcard of mobo. You cannot feed the USB speakers at the same time.

I was able to figure out how to use both at the same time by using another aux cable plugged in through the Companion 5's volume control knob to the mobo. The soundlink mini just goes in nicely to the center out like you said. I also figured that the that when connected by usb, the Companion 5 sounds worse because it's capped at 16-bit 48K, where as if connected by aux it can go up to 24-bit 192K (as supported by the sound card).
