No. Teacup is not available in Canada on StackTV Showcase thru Prime.
Tried streaming NZTV+ using NordVPN, doesn't work either. When you register they find out your country when you verify your email address. Geo blocked

Location shouldn't be tied to an email address but make sure you that have your VPN set to NZ when you're confirming your TVNZ account al the same. All the best!
