HP 14" Pavilion

Screen on left 2/3 is blue with horizontal lines.
Screen on right side (1/3) is white with what looks like a leaf in upper corner with colored vertical lines.
What is going on.

Hi,

Do run some test to determine if it's just the LCD screen or the graphics card.
- First is to connect and external display and see if the same problem will persist because if it does it's your graphics card that is faulty.
- Next to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver
- Go to Device Manager uninstall the old driver.
- Download and install the latest driver from it's manufacturer site.

Intel: https/downloadcenter.intel.com/
- Reboot your laptop once installed.
- If you have identified if it's the display or the graphics card and it's still under the factory warranty, contact the manufacturer right away to schedule it for a repair.
