Question HP 15-f009wm possible motherboard upgrade

Hi there, I really want to upgrade my entire motherboard for my hp 15-f009wm laptop. It has a very bad processor AMD E1-2100 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics.
You might be wondering, why won't I just buy a whole new laptop, well that's because I am just a full time student and I cant afford one. My real question is, can I replace my motherboard with a whole new motherboard but compatible with my laptop casing? I mean, a motherboard with a better cpu and graphics card.
