HP 240 G2 Notebook PC sound issue with bluray wire

i am using HP 240 G2 Notebook PC. I have attached it with my lcd with blueray. I am getting the video but not the sound there

Using what cable? If you used VGA, that does not transmit sound, you need to connect the headphone out on the laptop.
