HP business support?

I'm looking for an ultrabook that can handle photoshop, InDesign, and some light video editing.

The new HP Zbook 14 workstation looks promising, but I'm hesitant to go with HP after reading all the bad experiences

Anyone know if their support for business is better than consumer?

If you have a business device from HP, support is great. Personally have seen them help people on the otherside of the world than were they live within a day. Also quality is so good, you probably won't need the service anyway. only brand I might advise you would be Lenovo, but they are that close in service and quality that I won't let one go if it has the right specs.
