Hello,

I am unable to access the support pages to download the drivers for my laptop, all i get is
"This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience." and it goes on forever.
I've tried on multiple WiFi connections, & multiple browsers.
Does anyone know how to get the drivers page to finish loading and display the recommended drivers?

This is what i get when i try to load the webpage.

Thanks for your time

Solution
I'll suggest going here http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-2000-Notebook-PC-series/5091493/model/5158885/drivers and using "Option 2: Go directly to the software and driver results", downloading and working from there rather than letting HP do it's thing (which it seems to floundering at).
You can either run Speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy to identify what hardware is in your machine (to find the appropriate drivers) or, you can attempt to install each driver - if it is for hardware you don't have, it'll report "device not found", just go to the next one
