If you mean the layout then yes. If you mean the keyboard itself it depends on if it's a desktop computer or a laptop.

Jonas if you read my question then you see it's for a HP Laptop, so I want to swap the laptop physical keyboard from French to English

It's much easier adding a external keyboard, also it's much cheaper. For integrated keyboards you need to buy a replacement from the HP company with the exact same model(except france instead of english).

Jonas I would prefer to change the internal keyboard, very easy to swap from french to english. My question is more about: Will I have any problem to fit the english keyboard ? And the internal keyboard is only $25US.

The only problem you will have is to make sure that it will recognize it properly. But it is very likely to work.
