Question Hp elite 840 won’t turn on

I’ve tried turning in on with the battery in and It blinks 3 lights at the same time then 1 yellow once, 1 white light once and then another yellow light once. Then I removed the battery, plugged the charger in. Pressed the power button and the same lights blinked in same pattern. So I held the power button for 30 seconds and still that same result. Anyone have any ideas on this?

I'd try different RAM, one RAM stick at a time.

Thank you for the advice. I tried using just one stick of RAM and it worked. Only in the left slot not the right one. I tried both sticks I have and they both work in the left slot. So does that mean the right slot is fried or bad? Can a RAM slot be bad on a motherboard and the motherboard function normal and ok for a while after discovering a bad RAM slot?
