HP Envy problem

I canno get beyond sign in screen tells me it is offline and their is no network available (even though wireless light is on) and to use last password that you signed in with. Which I did I had my outlook password reset and still will not identify password or me as Administrator....also canno get into charms and no startup button is displayed.....can someone please help me....I struggle with technology....but all of my business is in my HP laptop....
