Solved! HP Laptop Batteries Dying

I had a battery in my HP laptop that was dead for so long and was using my laptop with the power cable. I have now changed my battery for the 3rd time in less than 1 month. Is it possible that the laptop is causing these batteries to die in a very short period. Is there a way to avoid this, or are they already damaged and thats why they die quickly. The shop I bought these batteries from claims they are not damaged and he doesn't know the issue cause.

Hi, maybe the charging circuit on the motherboard is defective, it will not charge any new battery.
