HP Laptop - Is is good for Gaming?

Solution
I was on my phone at the time. Seems to work just fine on my pc. @ 1080p it will probably run at low to med settings.

Honestly you could save alot of money and just get one of the laptops with an i7 and the gt 840m and save a few hundred bucks as the 840m performs about the same as the 750.

The best gaming laptop I seen on the site uses the r9 m265x which will get you med to high settings and its cheaper than the 750m system.

Yes, I checked out the original link you posted. That computer will easily run BF4. Not sure of the exact settings you'll be able to run it on, but I feel confident you should be able to run it on medium to high easily.

in the USA that laptop goes for about $1000 USD. Even if we factor in a ridiculous $200 shipping charge to AUS and lets even say the laptop is not on sale and goes for $1200 that would bring our total to $1400 USD.

$1400 USD = $1672 AUD.

I think they like your money.

Im of the impression it should be. Might be tough to get decent FPS on high settlings, but on medium it should go ok. you need to keep in mind though that laptops arent desktops. They will play these games that you want to play, but its no replacement for a full size desktop machine.

Is there a reason why you're going with a laptop instead of a desktop for playing BF4?

The link OP posted lists a different GPU:

Key Features:

17.3" diagonal FHD BrightView LED-backlit Touch Display
Intel® Core™ i7-4702MQ Processor, 2.2GHz
16GB RAM (DDR3)
2TB HDD (2 x 1TB 5400RPM SATA)
NVIDIA GeForce GT750M 4GB Graphics
Windows® 8.1

The GeForce GT750M should be able to handle it okay.

Are we looking at the same link? I dont see any integrated GPU's on the PC's that OP lists.
