hp mini not working if the charger is taken out

My hp mini is not working without thae charger. First it was not working at all i got the power ic fixed than it was opening but not without charger i dont want to waste more money..if the charger is plugged out than there is complete black out when the charger is plugged it it turns on

this answer above is correct:
Dead battery true but charging circuit not charging battery is the problem.
My does the same. I replaced the mobo and new battery is Ok.

P.S the battery not working is no good because of the controller. I took it apart and the actual batteries are good.
