HP Pavilion DV5 Screen issues

Hello, sort of in a hurry here so sorry i havn't taken my time to look through the forums for an answer. My HP Pavilion DV5 has recently started to lose the signal to the screen when it tilts in different angles. It goes grey and sort of flickers. Any suggestions?

That sounds a lot like a bad LVDS cable. The good news is that it's cheap, the bad news is it's typically a PITA if you try and DIY.
