hp scpectre X2(touch) battery problem

I bought my pc 2 years ago and recently ive been experiencing this problem: when I start using the pc battery only battery#1 (which is supposed to be the battery of the screen) depletes and when battery#1 is consumed completely till 0% the screen would shut down and battery #2 (which is supposed to be for the keyboard and the rest of the pc) is still 100% charged. Plz help.

It sounds like the issue is in the BIOS. It is not using/accessing the batteries correctly.

Here is an old fix page from HP Support Center on this issue. Follow what is listed there and it should fix the problem.
