Please help a mom out!!
My son has an HP laptop which he can connect via hdmi to other TV's in the house. We purchased him a samsung tv for his room but the tv wont extend or duplicate his laptop screen. When I go into advance display settings I can see display 1 which is his computer and display 2 shows the samsung as an option but no matter what I do nothing works. I have checked the resolution and even connected other laptops to his tv and they work. I have updated all that I know to do on his computer. It has windows 10 on it.
I am more then happy to share pictures of each step. I have been working on this for weeks googling to see what all I could do.
