HTC Rezound phone works with GSM network?

This is a tricky question. Technically the phone has LTE, CDMA to support Verizon's home network. but it also has GSM and WCDMA to support global roaming capabilities. the GSM and WCDMA will not work in the US on AT&T or T-Mobile, however they would be able to work if you travel outside of the US with the phone.
