HTC Sensation dead bootloop

Hello,

Trying to fix HTC Sensation 4G - stuck in a boot loop: vibra goes off every ~10secs, display doesn't turn on, usb dead, can't key into bootloader.

Unscrewed all plastic bits, took apart, held 3V7 fully charged battery against pins by hand, it BOOTED FULLY WITH DISPLAY ON!

Put all back together - same black boot loop again. Unplugged all components one-by-one except display (thinking some of them may cause this), but couldn't boot the phone out of loop again (regardless of it being apart or screwed back..)

Put it in the oven for ~5mins (150 degrees), then put it into freezer compartment - still no luck.

Might be bga soldering issues in one of its main boards (the top or bottom one), but don't know which one to start replacing.

I replaced its screen 9 months ago (myself, softening old touchscreen's adhesive with haird dryer, maybe have overheated), it worked for good 6 months.

Did you to flash custom ROM or something?

Sounds like there is a short on one of the boards and it's difficult to tell which one. And since you've already opened up the phone and swapped parts yourself it's difficult for you to get support through official channels... you can try to find both boards from another working device... devices on ebay can be found for under $100
