HTPC HDMI Random No Signal on TV

Hi my girlfriend and I just bought a new samsung LED tv a few days ago and hooked our HTPC up to it and yesterday and today mid playing something it loses the signal. The TV turns black and says no signal check connections and the such.
All the connections are good and this never happened with the old tv, which we had set up the same way. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I suspect a better cable may be needed, but it is hard to say. What resolution was your old tv compared to your new one? Also, how long is the cable you are using?
