Huawei P8 Smashed Screen

Hi there!

I'm really hoping someone can help me, or point me in the right direction please!

I have dropped my Huawei P8 and totally smashed the screen, and the touchscreen doesn't work at all. The side buttons do work though, and it still turns on and off OK.

I have never backed it up or plugged it in to my laptop. Plugging it into my laptop does absolutely nothing.

I'm really hoping to be able to access, or copy my notes over as get hold of my contacts as well.

I'm not holding out much hope
