huawi and the SD card have problems

i have a huawi gt3 phone , i can't transfere data from SD card to phone and vise versa.. also i can't delete data that are on SD card !
how can i solve this problem?

How was the data put on the card? Was it via computer (direct plugged into the computer, outside the phone) or did the SD card come from another device?
