Hi,
Phone App on this phone works but I can only hear a voice the background. The screen goes black, it doesn't progress to another page, like it usually does, with the name of the person rang, Icons at the bottom - a red phone icon/ in the middle, a speaker icon to increase the volume. Also, a template appears - phone isn't responding - close app. A green bar appears at top of screen, with an endless timer, reflecting time of call, unable to end this. Unable to end call, or increase volume.
Appreciate any help on this issue.
