Hyper x cloud stinger headset

Hi
Just bought a 2nd pair of hyper x cloud stinger headsets
Bought have the same problem I had with my 1st ones where after I plug it into my Xbox one controller more times than not when I move my head or the cable the mike cuts out any ideas?

Hi

I have a problem in that after I have plugged my headset into my Xbox one controller it works fine but when I move my controller or my head the mine cuts out !
I had this problem with my previous set
Any ideas?
