HyperX Cloud 2 usb dongle broken, can i still use the mic somehow?

Hey, so earlier today the usb dongle broke, so now all I have is the one cord that went into the dongle, i can plug it into my pc, but that will obviously only pick up the sound, is there a way I can utilize the mic too?

I dont have any kind of adapter that i can plug it into

That would depend on your I/O ports.
Laptops have a combined port, so both the sound and mic will work on them.
Desktops require an adapter to plug into the mic and audio.

However, contact kingston support. They have been nothing short of amazing when I had issues with my cloud IIs. They sent me the adapter I described when I had issues with my in line connector.
