i accidentally uninstalled amd driver now screen switching to black screen and off

i accidentally uninstalled my amd driver but my intel driver is still ok but the screen keeps switching on to a screen with only my mouse showing then switching off repeatedly... in safe mode it runs shows the screen perfectly well but i cant install the driver from safe mode because it says failed to load detection driver
