I accidentaly ran DBAN on my external HDD. Help!

I accidentaly ran DBAN on my external HDD, I stopped it within a minute. Is there any way to recover the data on the disc? It only got to less than 0.1% on te first pass.

or other partition recovery software, then files recovery software
else you need a pro.

I have heard that an application called ZAR is a good start for that. It's on cnet.
