I accidently deleted my os in sony xperia L and I hadn't done any backup what should I do now??

How did you delete the OS? Only thing you can do is try to find a ROM file of the phone online and flash it to the phone using a computer. Your data is lost unless it's saved elsewhere.

I did a complete wipe and the phone is rooted..

Wipe as in a factory reset or did you somehow wipe the full phone? Either way, anything not saved already is gone. You can try to do a search using a recovery program like Recuva with the phone connected to a computer but I doubt it will find anything to restore.
