Is your issue 'Windows cannot be installed to this disk?'?
What media are you using to install Windows 10? USB? CD? SD?
Where did you get your ISO? Microsoft? Torrent?
What version of Windows 10 are you installing? Pro? Home? Enterprise?
How did you make the install media bootable? RUFUS? PowerISO? Etc...
What error are you getting if it is installing? Does it stop at some point?
Let me know those and I can solve this for you!

I have the same issue. I just purchased this Transformer Flip and the guy claims he reset it back to factory, but it never loads windows 10. It tries to but at some point, it gets to a error, The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation can not proceed. To install windows, click ok, to restart the computer and restart the installation.

I have an Asus Transformer T100T.
It installs Win 10 Home just fine. I have not yet gone through the Fall Creators update, but will in a day or two.
Previous updates went OK.

What exact issue are you seeing, and how exactly are you doing this?

And no, you cannot change the eMMC storage space for a regular SSD. The eMMC is soldered directly on to the motherboard.
