If you're a gamer, the ASUS has the superior GPU. The display may be better as well, because it is an IPS model.

If 2 laptops had same specifications which one you would choose Asus or Msi.

I asked some of my friends they said Msi is better but my heart is set on asus its really bothering me.

Me personally? The MSI, only because it is much easier to access the innards to clean the fans and repaste the GPU and CPU. I also like the ability to change keyboard backlighting color on the MSI. The speakers are also somewhat better on the MSI.

I don't know if I'd say the MSI is "better". They are both well built machines. I DO find the styling of the ASUS more appealing.
