I need a laptop to play minecraft with. My budget is $400, and Id prefer Windows 8.1+. I currently have a bad laptop for minecraft, very laggy. Anyone know a lag free minecraft laptop?

i3 CPU and discrete graphics will push you beyond $400 for laptop...

Lots of laptops can play Minecraft, but past low settings and without a mod to lower settings you will need to go over your budget. $400 will get you either a used system (look for one with an 840m video card), or a basic office use system.
