I am using Windows 10on a laptop.
Each time I start up my laptop, a Setup.exe file prompt which shows "Publisher Unknown" dialog box appears. It is attempting to install it but as I do not know who the publisher is, I keep having to say "No" to it. Using the search file field to find the file under Start button, the only files which appear are Setup.exe.mui

How can I remove this file to stop it prompting me?

First here is a link explaining .mui files:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multilingual_User_Interface

Have you loaded any applications requiring other languages?

Second, go into Task Manager > Startup tab and see if you can identify what application may be launching the install attempt. You can right click any name for more information details.

You do not necessarily need to take any immediate action which will allow you to google for even more information.

Probably no harm in at least disabling it in the meantime. Then later delete if and as warranted.
