i blocked myself on the wifi access list what should i do ???

I wantet to kick my sis off the wifi so i activated the mac acces list on my routerbut accidently kicked and blocked everyone in the wifi... what should i do to unblock myself or can i just change my mac adress and would this gain me access to the wifi again ? please help im rlly lost Dx"
