I bought a brand new nextbook intel from walmart and it wont turn on, what do i have to do to turn it on?

When i try to turn it on it, a blue screen will appear and disappear after a second , what can i do?

Did you charge it for a few hours? If you did and still get nothing, exchange it.

Its fully charged, and when i turn it on, a blue screen appears and 1 second later, it goes black
