i bought laptop which came with windows 10,do i need to again install the windows in it

If you bought it new, it should come ready to go and nothing for you to do.

If you bought it at a flea market, "says to come with W10" but not sure of its internal condition, and "some assembly maybe required" then all bets are off.

If it comes with windows 10 preinstalled then no. It will set itself up when you switch it on.
