I bought TV Freeway, I put it on my tv at home worked great I gave it to my cousin and no signal at all

Does your cousins' TV have a ATSC digital over the air tuner built in?
Did you set it for over the air rather than cable?
Did you run a channel scan to find channels?
TV antennas work better in some locations than other. They also have to be oriented in the right direction which may be different in different locations. You have to run a scan each time you point the antenna in a different direction.
