I bought voyager from walmart.the disa# on box voice machine says invalid.not from rep.company.I have receipt

I have a voyager 3 from walmart.I got receipt .when I activated tablet it said not valid disa# or purchased from rep.dealer.what 10 digit code will let me startup

Can someone help answer my problem please.
