Question I can only click in one program

I recently got a new wireless logitech mouse and ever since something happens where I am able to only click inside of one program and have to ctrl+alt+del to temporarily fix the issue. For example right now I am only able to click inside of my google chrome and are unable to touch desktop/taskbar

If you go back to your old mouse does this issue go away?
