i cannot put a password on my netgearWPN824. it says at the bottom of my unit user name: admin and password: password i tried many times but it doen't work. but still i connected on my netgear wireless. my problem is i cannot put a password. what should i do. ur customer. you send me on my email reggiepaguntalan@yahoo.com

netgear usually you will nede to access the routers information at a fix ip address. If you look up the model of your netgear router they should be able to tell you the number. Standard for some is 192.168.1.254. Once you put in the password on this screen you should be able to change the settings for the router and give it a new password.
