Question I cant connect to my school wify

So when i connect to the wifi it says that it is connected without the wifi. I asked other people if theires was working and they were working. And this is my first time I had this problem since I swichd to android. I have the s20+5g. i don't know if it is because of the type of phone, but I cant seem to fix and connect to my school wifi. Plase help me!!!
